Partnership Consultant – Commerce

• • Structure, negotiate and execute partnership deals with various brands and organizations across categories like F&B, beauty, electronics, home furnishings and apparel.

Risk Execution Specialist

• • Working closely with the risk team to drive adherence to the monthly risk calendar involving activities like policy execution/underwriting, portfolio reporting, etc.
• • Developing, implementing and governing KPIs reporting for the portfolio of programs (risk, collections, partner), providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all activities.

Public Relations

Campaign Ops

• • Own the internal workflow of gathering and validating campaign requirements from PayNback product/ business teams and working with design/copy/ and tech teams to ensure smooth execution.
• • Work on creating the campaign on the app screens, with strict adherence to TAT and quality metrics.
• • Evangelize best practices and guidelines across internal teams for improving the campaign experience for members.
• • Maintain the campaign calendar and ensure the requests are processed in a timely manner.
• • Monitor the performance of campaigns on parameters like (but not limited to) delivery, accuracy, and latency. Help business teams improve the outcomes by sharing relevant insights.

Revenue Manager

• • Own strategy and planning for the revenue/demand team while working directly with the revenue lead for PayNback store.
• • Manage P&L and own key business metrics such as GMV, conversion rates, gross margin, average sale price, transacting users etc. for relevant categories/constructs, as this will be pivotal in ensuring the business achieves its top and bottom line targets.
